Student American Black Chiropractic Association (SABCA) Chapters are required to complete and submit the following form. SABCA Club Reports are due every trimester/quarter during Week 3 of the term. This report will serve as your update to the American Black Chiropractic Association (ABCA) that outlines your Chapter’s roster, activities, and events. Failure to complete the form each trimester/quarter may result in Chapter suspension.
